My wife and I bought a house on contract for deed 2 years ago. We've made the payments on-time or early. How can I get this history added to my Credit Report? I REALLY need this good history on there.
How to add CONTRACT FOR DEED to my CREDIT REPORT? Archived From: Finance |
My wife and I bought a house on contract for deed 2 years ago. We've made the payments on-time or early. How can I get this history added to my Credit Report? I REALLY need this good history on there.
You can't. Your credit report is for credit grantors to furnish their information about you.
I agree. Unless you get the person whom you bought the house from to pay the money and sign up to report, it isn't going to be on your report.
If you use your caps lock button, you can put it on credit report.
Oh yeah.... Pay your other debt on time and it will give you good credit.
Pay off the contract and proceed to buy the house. Then your property would be a matter of public record.

If you get a mortgage of course ![]()
First i think we need to address a far more pressing issue... Your caps lock seems to be turning on randomly... A new keyboard might be a good idea to fix that.
