Appears to be all 3 scores, pullable daily, so thier standard service. I haven't tried it yet, but perhaps some might be interested. I am not sure if you had to be a previous member and then cancelled for this to work, or if brand new members can do it also. Post if you are successful.

EDIT - There is also a parallel offer that comes by email with a unique 16 digit code. Check your inbox's and spam folder.

I have received a free trial in the past, and it knows. No can do for past members (thus far), but good for new ones.

And looking at the page, as it asks you for a login, it appears it is specifically designed for those past members who have cancelled.

Yes, but when you enter your login information and accept the terms, it replies "Our records indicate that you have already received a FREE 30 day trial of TransUnion Credit Monitoring" and only offers it for $11.95/month. Unless some people's accounts are being targeted. Mine certainly isn't.

I am an ex-member and got the email yesterday. Had a personal code to use and I did it. Have not used TrueCredit in over a year and was pretty impressed with their new layout, Might drop CS. Did not ask for any card for payment, Must be using the old one

Did she get the personal code? If it's the same as mine maybe anybody can use it?
Here is the login link I got with my offer

I am a new member and I clicked in to give it a shot. Since I didn't have a login or password I just clicked the "next" button. It gave me the option to login or a link for new members... but no free trial. Just 14.95/month.

Update:

When you try to click out of the page it offers you the 30 day risk free trial. TU Only. You have to pay for EX or EQ.

I called CS to see if you can cancel your online account, not just service. Seems that you can't.

Yes, actually she got both emails from them. The page I first posted which didn't ask for a code and also she got a code with the page you just linked. I assume the code is personal and won't work for others.

Same here, I am a previous member and signed up with the code I received via email. Reading the terms that come with the code it appears it is considered a gift certificate for 30 days of service and then you must sign up again. I'll still cancel to be sure but that may be why it didn't ask for a method of payment.

TrueCredit is a pain also, that stupid 24 hours and 1 minute rule drives me nuts. To be honest, I like AMEX Credit Secure (if you have an AMEX card) or Chase IP protect better. They don't have that rule.

What is CS?

The ads are even worse. It takes a lot of effort to reach your report even after you waited 24h 1m

tambun: CS = AMEX Credit Secure. A much friendlier service, although the scores are not useful...

The ads are annoying and a big reason I quit before. But once you get to your report it is easier to read than CS. Also like seeing TrueCredit showing my scores over 800

i was browsing TrueCredit.com and got the pop up saying "TransUnion Credit Monitoring 30-day risk-free trial, $11.95/month thereafter!" i don't know whether it's all 3 scores pullable daily or not. how can i find out?

thanks

Annoying experience.
Signed up - but after placing an order got an error message asking me to call up customer service.
Called up and waited on hold.
Finally got connected.
They wanted to verify my identity - but instead of asking specific questions
(such as which of the following addresses have you lived at OR which of the following companies have you worked at etc), they were asking stupid questions such as
1. Can you tell me about your employers? (all companies you may have worked with in the past)
2. Can you tell me about your credit cards? (all credit cards)
etc.
I got fed up and asked him to cancel my order.

My 1 year subscription was set to expire early May and I got an offer for a free 30 day subscription to all 3 just like OP. Mine was considered a gift card, which doesn't require you to cancel (according to the Terms). Very nice deal to see all three FAKOs. I really do like Transunion's site better than CS.

I refuse to give TC any money (after the trial period), if they even let me open an account. After the last shenanigan they pulled with convicting me with manipulating the dilapidated credit scoring model by using the service that the advertise.

"Your credit reports AND scores--quick and secure, everyday if you want"

This is all fine and well until you cut into their profits when they're forced to pay the other CRA's by pulling your report on a regular basis, and they cancel your account.

worked for me... I do think it is targeted though. I went back through my junk emails and found the offer, had to use the "gift certificate" code to get the offer. If you are on the mailing list as a previous user and have not used them in a while (for me has been 1 year) you probably got the offer.
