Let me start this by saying I am not looking to do a AOR.

I transfered a couple of debts to two 0% for 12 months cards in august 2007. I am hoping to transfer them before the 0% runs out.I am at 80% utilization on both.

My question is, will asking for a CL increase lower utilization and is the credit pulls worth doing this.

Second ?, With all the gloom and doom ahead in the economy. Will my chances of BT be better now than in july.Would rather use most of my 12 months but not if credit is going to be harder to get by then.

I know all this probably sounds stupid to alot of you more in the know but that is why I am asking u guys instead of the man on the street.

Thanks in advance. David

Hypothetically you should wait until your closer to needing a new 0% offer. With the very limited information you gave, it's hard to venture a guess as to if you have a good chance or not. Provided you have good credit scores and a decent HHI you may do just fine.
