Might want to check your Citibank accounts. Both my Diamond Preferred Rewards and Diamond Preferred cards let me increase my credit line by 2k several times today by using the credit line increase request "button." It's still allowing me to increase it, but I dont want to push my luck.
Most importantly, "During the evaluation process, a credit bureau report was not pulled."

NOTE: DON'T fill out the form. If you are eligible for an instant CLI with no pull you will receive a message such as:
Congratulations! Your credit line can be immediately increased by x,xxx.x for a total new credit line of xx,xxx.xx.

I got $1,600. I have a BT on this one so I don't want to mess that up with repetitive increases. Thanks Beernuts82!!
Appears to only work on cards open > 1 year.
I got 1,400 on my Diamond Preferred Rewards MC, no go for professional or DPR AMEX.
No luck on a 0% BT card with about 90% utilization lol.

none here over 3 cards open > 1 year with no balances. I do check every few months though. I got about 2k on each card 2 months or so ago, so that explains it.
I got $1600 on one and $500 on the second.
Only 1.5k on my Citi Dividend card, and it would only do it once. No go on my CashReturns card 
Me: Denied right away Your credit report indicates one or more of your account balances with other creditors is high, compared to the available credit.
Your payments have been low on one or more of your accounts with us.
Girlfriend: $1,200 increase! Tried second time, got the form to submit (requiring hard pull)

Card 1: 8000 CL, 85% utilization, 0%, opened 18 months. increase of 1200.
Card 2: not used, 4660 CL (WTF, don't know how it got that weird). increase of 800
card 3: got the form.

Nice !! I was able to do it several times and increase my CL by almost $5K.
My card with a $500 limit went up to $1200.
My card with $25,000 limit - no increase without hard pull.

Diamond Perfer Master: 1.2k increase in the early morning, then another 1.5k increase
Diamond Perfer AMEX: 1.3k increase in the early morning, then another 1.6k increase
Driver's edge: 1k increase in the early morning, then another 1.5k increase
