They changed the website, but then changed it back. I believe even in the "old" design the CLI request was available for the default card (#1 in the list) only ...

Yeah, on the old site I would just click on statement balance on card 2 and 3 then goto CLI on the drop down menu. On the new site, 2 of the cards don't even have that option in the drop down menu. Looks like they're back to the old site, so I can't try the URL trick.
Ok, looks like they made new look the default. I don't have CLI option for either of the two cards (both used to have it with the old interface).

i called them to ask what was up. I told them people on FW were getting super-mondo increases and I wanted one too. THey asked a few questions, but didn't give me one.

So, is it just me, or the new UI does not have CLI link?

I had a CLI link on the new interface for my DPR AMEX @20.5K. Got the form, though. I heard somewhere that Citibank doesn't like people who have large lines and zero balances now, and I always pay that one before the statement cuts.

Under which menu was the link?

It's JavaScript, so I may not have this dead right, but it looks like the CLI page is https://www.accountonline.com/cards/svc/CLIHome.do once you're logged in to the new interface. I didn't try plugging the URL in because I don't want to increment CB's internal luv button press counter. Good luck!

Thanks!
It has to appear under the Tools & Services menu. I see it for one account and get the long form. For all others, AccountOnline.com said: General Error
We've had a problem processing your request.

They are continuing fidgeting with it. The CLI option was available to me a couple of days a go (got an increase), and now it's not available again.

For me it says "Service is unavailable for this account" CLI request has been going to rehab for a while. A couple of times, she gets away and gets high on crack. Lately though, I've only seen lady CLI moderately buzzed - damn undercover Citi programmers! grrrrr As Willie might have written:
To all the banks I love to mount... Who travelled in and out my account... I'm glad they came along... I dedicate this song...
<ABRUPT INTERUPTION>
(sad music begins playing) Solemn announcer addressing banks with CLI addiction:
"Have you been getting high a lot lately? Have your FWfriends been taking you for all you've got? Has crack been ruining your portfolio of investments? We at Programmers-R-Ruinous have performed many successful crack interventions. Citi is our most recent client success story. Call today 1-866-CRACKCLI for a free initial consultation."

CLI button showed on my 2 accounts. I am up to $25,000.
Those that received a credit limit increase, did you fill out the form or did you get the automatic message?

Geez guys, it's very simple! City allows a CLI only every couple of months. Once you spun the wheel of fortune (hit the button) the option will disappear from the websites menu and not show up for a while

While "disappearance once used" is the behavior I've observed on several accounts (belonging to different people), reappearance after two months is not the behavior I've seen ... so I'd appreciate if you could tell us the source of your information.

I didn't say 'two months', I said a 'couple'. This is usually up to 6 months. Well that was before the whole economy went downhill so they might have tightened their rules in the last weeks...

Thank you for the information but I think that Merriam Webster (and a couple of other websites ) agree with me:
Main Entry: 1cou·ple Listen to the pronunciation of 1couple Pronunciation: \ˈkə-pəl; “couple of” is often ˌkə-plə(v)\ Function: noun Etymology: Middle English, pair, bond, from Anglo-French cuple, from Latin copula bond, from co- + apere to fasten — more at apt Date: 13th century
1 a: two persons married, engaged, or otherwise romantically paired b: two persons paired together 2: pair , brace 3: something that joins or links two things together: as a: two equal and opposite forces that act along parallel lines b: a pair of substances that in contact with an electrolyte participate in a transfer of electrons which causes an electric current to flow 4: an indefinite small number : few <a couple of days ago> — cou·ple·dom Listen to the pronunciation of coupledom \-dəm\ noun
finally got the CLI button back... a whole $400 increase, now at 25k. maybe thats the max without a hard pull, etc.

has anyone with the college card been able to increase their limits recently? it seems like I've hit a wall with them, but I'm able to increase the limit on my non-college driver's edge on a regular basis now (once every 90 days or so). I've graduated over a year ago, and now my non-college d-edge has a 10.5k limit vs 7.5k for my d-edge visa that i got during college, even though I've had the d-edge visa 2 years longer.

I haven't been able to do a CLI request online (w/o hard pull) on my mtvU card for a while now... Maybe it's because it's a student card?
