Processing time for Wachovia Investment property HELOC Archived From: Finance

I got conditional approved for 80% LTV with the prime. But the guy that works with me is very sloppy. I tried to email or call him to ask about the progress of my loan application but he never reponse. Anyone here has experiences with Wachovia HELOC and would know how long does it take to close?
