Possible free EEE PC from Canadian bank - RBC (Royal bank of Canada)

Just saw this so if you are a Canuck then you may be in luck. You need to open either:
- RBC Signature No Limit Banking account
- RBC VIP Banking account

Limit one Eee PC per client, per account. Eee PC will be sent to the primary account holder only. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Limited time offer while quantities last. Account and card must be open & active until Dec. 31, 2008.

Not quite free but about 120 bucks.

Canadians are clever, they will just say , supplies gone dry, promotion invalid.

I don't see a Canadian resident requirement (I am a Royal Bank of Canada customer and am not a resident). But even if there isn't a requirement, the hoops you must go through to earn the PC ( qualifications ), could be such a hassle for a non-resident that it wouldn't be worth it. I do know that Royal Bank of Canada doesn't offer credit cards to non-residents, although if you had a credit card with them while living in Canada and move from Canada, they'll let you keep the account. But maybe in the future RBC Bank USA might offer a similar promotion.
