So it seems a bunch of people are upset that you can't do a pull everyday. Just curious, what is the point of doing a pull everyday? Wouldn't it usually just be the same as the previous day? |

They have a script now! They were begging me to stay and explained that it is only updated monthly anyway--so there is no need to check it. I said great, I guess there is no need for your monthly service then and CANCEL IT! If I want one check a month, I will pay for one check a month--and not be locked into a monthly fee. They would not give me a refund as I had already pulled one time this month. |

It's kind of funny that right after they change their service to 1 pull every 30 days, I get the class action settlement activation code for 3mos of free service. Can we sue them for this too? |

I called and complained incessantly, especially since I never received an email about the change in service. They offered me 1 month free service but I told them that even if they gave me 3 years free service it wouldn't make up for the deceitful way they comported themselves with this change. I was given an address to mail letters to and was promptly refunded my last month's service and had my account canceled. That address, in case you'd like to write them is: 100 Cross St Suite 202 San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 |
