Just sign up for a Bank of America Checking Account, make sure the coupon code AOU260508 is applied, and get your $75 credit in 90 days.

You need to make a minimum deposit of $100 to qualify. (Exp 7/31).

FYI: It says the offer does not apply to second or multiple checking accounts and/or existing checking customers; but I've never had an issue getting my money.

Linkified for yo' pleasure

Do you sign in with existing customer ID? I got denied last time I tried, so I'm curious as to what you did. All in all though, I may have just gotten unlucky.

Really? I already have an account, could I get the bonus?

What type of account qualifies for this promotion?
CampusEdge?
Standard checking?
MyAccess checking?

I'm trying to sign up for the myaccess checking, but I don't know if it qualifies for the promotion.
Standard checking requires direct deposit, minimium balance........

Did hard twice on EQ for me (NH address). Tried a third time w/ EQ frozen and they denied me... although they still made the trial deposits. I called to verify if the app went through, and they mentioned that I'd have to go to the bank to get verified w/ positive ID... haven't bothered to do it... not sure if the no fees would apply in B&M, so haven't tried.

Actually, this topic was covered here:
http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/finance/754672/?start=0

I don't see anyone reporting HOW they got this bonus on second checking a/c, in addition to similar bonus on still-opened first...

And I didn't see them pulling ANYTHING on me: can a bank pull something with no SSN?

i already had done this movers $75 promo earlier but since that account was already open= they know the promo was used. So close and then open new account with this code again....

Funny question? I accidentally made like 3 accounts using the promo by mistake. I only want to keep one of them but I dont know which account the promo had been applied too? Any Ideas?

p.s, I can call BOA but they might not allow to get the promo since I have an account with them.

thanks

If open the account before 7/31 do you still get the $75 with the original promo. code or is there a difffrent one that needs to be used?

Most people get a hassle doing this beyond what the possible $50 or $75 is worth, plus a new hard pull, plus a 1099, then their fees start up. Actual experience of 4 different friends. BofA is famous for not doing what they advertise.

Use AOU260508 an yes, use the one showing on the revised website for $50, and you'll only get $50.

And I'll bet if you try some online chat sessions with a couple BofA CSR, you'll be able to score a $100 code. You just have to find someone who knows how to find it in their system and is willing to dig it up for you.
