I will be in HNL next week, the Choice Checking seems like the way to go with $10K deposit to get the 4G Nano. No minimum balance and no monthly service fee so I can take it out right away but keep the account open for 180 days.

Lets hope they dont care how much money in left in the account after day 2. I am also worried about something I heard a while back with a bank over valuing the price of a "free gift" so they could take a bigger tax break and charge it to the customer.

Use frequent flier points to fly to hawaii for free to claim the free ipod. That would totally OWN the credit card companies reward system.
