The four were done on August 28th, its now October 6th and one is still on there. I've been using two services, Chase ID Protection and CreditKarma. I dropped NatCity's one awhile back because it would only leave one soft on the report (it updated the date of the pre-existing one instead of generating more).

On TU, EQ it still works but didn't seem worth the money just to keep around for one CRA.

Thx So, it works on TU, but 2 services - not enough to avoid the choppage on EQ.. got it

I'm a speadsheet geek, so I track everything in excel. I've pulled my EQ report several times in the last couple of months to see my softs so I could get all the info that I wanted to acurately track my b* results. FORTUNATELY, EQ hasn't chopped me since early September. I finally started getting b* at 120 inqs (hard and soft combo). I've also been able to see that any inqs coded ND and PRM (soft inqs) are not bumped until their designated date (12 and 24 months). So, they are stuck. Yeah! Otherwise, my inqs appear to be bumped in date order with no preference given to soft or hard inqs. I'm currently using CIDP, TC, NCIP, and Key's MPM.
I also bumped a TU inq today as well. I haven't been tracking it as vigilantly since it isn't as hard to b* on TU.

So hey, has anyone noticed the changes that have happened with Credit Karma?
Yeah I was able to update today too. Haven't updated in over a week.

That's strange. I do know that they are trying to fix bugs in their system. Certain Loopholes. I guess we will just have to wait and see.

anyone else get two years worth of bumped TU inquires back today?
I had two reappear around the time of the OP and I was able to bump them in short order.
EDIT for more info: Last name starts with G. I had two reappear in July. Bumped these with CK and PM123. 8 reappeared this time, earliest goes back to Feb 07.
I had 2 come back today (from july) that had been gone, but more from january or earlier have not come back (yet? maybe they're doing it by hand or something?)

I had 1 inq from early in November that was bumped off 2 days ago, and came back today.
I use 3 services (1 TU based), b* off few 3 weeks w/o come backs, though 1 very stubborn left. I kept pulling daily, and it seems 42(21*2) softs did not produce desired effect
14 of mine are back, even those from Feb'07 AOR (almost 2 year old). I bumped them off twice and they weren't part of the re-appearance drama this past summer, so I thought they were seriously gone. Not so . But I've always known bumping does not make the inqs go away for good as: 1) my first "reappearance" accident dates back to summer 2006 (many people did not take my posts seriously back then) 2) I think I observed more than once that TU still lists the alerts for the inqs that are not showing on the report, making it pretty apparent that TU still knows about the inqs not shown on the report.
TransunionAssociate said: Upon implementation, it will no longer be possible to "bump" hard inquiries. Transunion AssociateMaybe implementation is finally complete. Mine came back, all the way to Jan 07. Last name starts with L. Looks like Dec 10th was "re-appearance" day for a lot of us.

Weird, the inq that came back yesterday is gone again today. No idea what's going on!

6 out of 7 from this past Sept reappeared on the 10th. None from before that, including the 6 that had reappeared back in July.
I'm thinking they will be gone again in 17 days, with daily CK pulls. I had 50 pulls from PM123 between the time the 6 were made and when my year subscription ran out, and have done 33 additional CK pulls since then. We'll see.....

Mine are still off, my dad's are still off and my wife's are still coming off.
Mine reappeared, bumped again and were gone for months, and just today all came back again. (I have not been bothering to do daily CK and pm123 pulls lately). I will resume and see if they take another vacation.

Update: 1 inquiry got bumped via a CK pull yesterday after seeing the TU inquiries return. Mine have still not appeared at all.

I had five TU inquiries reappear on December 10. Two are 9 months old, and three are 21 months old, dropping my Credit Karma FAKO score from 780 to 772. I'm not concerned.
Today my TU report is simply not there. When viewed through TrueCredit.com is shows 0 inquiries, 0 tradelines, etc. CK simply fails to update the score (but gracefully informs me of that). TU is not doing too well on providing me with free credit reporting as they should under one of those class action suits settlements .. someone should just start a law firm specifically to make money on suing TU. You'd almost wonder how TU could stay in business with such customer (dis)service. They and their colleagues from EX (it looks like EQ is fading away, does it not?) are the Microsoft of the credit reporting business ... /rant over

TU never fails to amaze, the resurrected inquiries have been bumping off with every two new pulls. At this rate they will vanish in a week.
Can TU really be this stupid?

I have mixed feelings about this thread. I learned from it that there are still ways to bump TU inquiries, but I hesitate to share openly lest we provide TU the feedback it needs to make its inquiries truly un-bumpable. I'm not sure I know anything not already in the thread, but PM your questions and I'll answer until I just can't stand it anymore.
It's not rocket science, making things un-bumpable. If they really wanted to they could have done it on day 1. Why they haven't has always been a complete mystery to me...
