Green for updates. Anyone else in the greater NY/NJ/PA area? Any updates? |

Anyone planning on going out tomorrow? Maybe if they are super busy they won't swipe the cards. |

Denied. I went to a mall today to see if I could get more cards. When they swiped it, my regular and my business card both had hit the limit. So, it seems to me like doing this on multiple days will not work. On the same day is YMMV. |

I'll test one last thing.
I'm in MD, but I am headed to Vegas for Work this weekend. I'll try some of the malls out there - not that it really does anyone else any good - but just to see the results.
Any updates? Yes, the updates are that for Vegas are I did not make it to the malls. What happened there stays there. I am in Oahu now, no malls out here. I'm going to try in a couple weeks to see if the info gets wiped somehow, but I doubt it will work. |

Anybody been able to consolidate these cards into a larger Discover/AMEX/Visa/MC gift card without paying a fee? |

Check last Sunday's paper if you have any cards left to get on this deal. In the Red Plum coupon packet in our LA Times last Sunday, there was a $10 Quick Start coupon for the Discover mall deal. You can use it plus $190 in receipts to qualify for a $20 gift card. |

Can anyone confirm before I do this: I am driving by a GGP owned mall in CT (Brass Mill) and they tell me that they sell an AMEX GGP gift card with a $2.95 fee/card. According to what I've read here, this card should be usable at any place that accepts AMEX correct? I don't want to be stuck with $1000 in GGP gift cards that I can't use since I don't actually live near any GGP mall. TIA. |

Well I went to a GGP mall and got $1K in GGP AMEX gift cards and the 5 Discover Gift Cards as well. Thanks for the info, the GGP AMEX cards work great at all the places I have tried. |

How's everyone using those $20 Discover Gift Cards? Is there an easy to combine them to 1 big card, with no fee or low fee? |

I use them to pay my wireless and cable bills online. They accept partial payments of any amount, so I can use up several $20 cards a month. Also got rid of 4 of them before Christmas via Amazon. My wife was about to spend $80 on Amazon, so I went in and bought 4 x $20 eCerts for her using the Discovers. Copy and paste in the 4 codes, and then use the credit on the purchase. |

Just got an email from Discover Discover said:Earn Double Rewards at malls in February. You are one of a select group of Discover Cardmembers to receive this exclusive offer. It is our way to thank you for participating in Turn Receipts into Rewards. So even though the holidays are over, you can still make every trip to the mall rewarding with Double CashBack Bonus on up to $250 in purchases just by using your Discover Card during the month of February.*
Malls near you: (this section is blank) . . . *Earn 2% CashBack Bonus on purchases made from 2/1/09 through 2/28/09, subject to a cap of $250 in purchases. Anyone else see this email? I'm wondering just how 'select' of a group this went out to. The lack of any participating malls near me is odd too. And there is no link to use to get more info. |

I got an offer on my discover biz for $50 rebate (plus CB) for 1300 spent a month for Dec-Feb. I think these offers are pretty random. |
