It seems CK cannot pull TU if the report is locked.
I have tried it over the past 2 days and it still comes back with same date.

That might be because you locked your report.

But aren't you supposed to be able to soft pull your own report even though its locked?

When I locked Experian, it wasn't available through PM123. It was available through AMEX Credit Secure (an Experian service), though.

I assume that the bureaus see anything new originating outside of their systems as something that needs to be approved if your file is locked.

Edited for clarity.

While I can't speak for TU freeze... as for Experian, my experience:

I know that CHASE Identity Protect and Credit Check Total will not let you enroll in their services if your Experian report is frozen.

PM123 and IdentityProtect NatlCity no longer pull Experian after freeze is placed.

TrueCredit DOES still pull soft at Experian even during a freeze.

I was able to enroll in Chase Identity Protect with my Experian report frozen. It took some effort though; I had tried three times online and called twice before it worked. The online app kept crapping out right before the identity verification. That's the part when they ask you about some stuff on the report to make sure you are who you say you are. I had no idea why and finally after talking to a couple different reps they were able to do a manual verification. This was just a CSR asking me questions over the phone and totalling up the number of points I earned for correct responses.

After getting signed up for the service I was not able to view my Experian report, but the other bureaus pulled and bumped just fine.
