Sorry of this is a repost, I did a quick search but didn't see it listed.

I got an email from TrueCredit.com today telling me to just follow a link and save $5 a month off my regularly $15 bill. I know a lot of people have been able to get it for $10 a month by closing their initial sign up window, etc. However I have been stuck with the $15 for a while and am just way too lazy to try and haggle a CSR. Also I put this here because I know everyone on this forum uses some credit monitoring for bumpage, etc.

Anyways here is the link

http://www.truecredit.com/index.jsp?cb=995&mn=50275

I doubt it is a member specific URL because it gives you the option to share.

Enjoy and my apologies to the non lurkers if its a repost.

All it did was log me into me account. It didn't propmt me about any price changes. Did anyone get a popup or anything about a new price?

According to the page all you have to do is login from that page and your price gets dropped by $5.

Good find, beats the hassle I had canceling my account only to sign up later for the lower price.

The linked page shows a price of $9.95 per month, just above the login box.

Does TC offer daily pulls? If not, can anyone recommend one that does offer daily pulls?

Are these credit monitoring services really needed or is it just for certain people using AOR for instance? I stagger the free annual report over a year and pay a fee to view them if needed. Can someone fill me in on the benefits of using a service? Sorry if this is a rather naivete question.
