for the pulaski card, did you have to send in verification? i was looking over their application and i saw the following,

"To complete the application process, please send any of the following applicable items to Pulaski Bank and Trust, P.O. Box 7500, Little Rock, AR 72217-7500, or you may fax your information to the attention of Pulaski Bank Underwriting Department at 501-661-7381. *

1. SALARIED OR HOURLY EMPLOYEE - Send a copy of your current payroll stub showing gross income and year-to-date total.
2. SELF-EMPLOYED - Send a copy of your most recent two years' 1040 Federal Income Tax returns including Schedule C or Schedule E.
3. COMMISSIONED SALES - Send a copy of your current payroll stub and a copy of your last year's W-2 form.
4. RETIRED - Social Security, Pension, Disability, COLA Letter, 1099 Form, Check Stub, Direct Deposit Verification. You must provide proof of this income.
5. INTEREST/DIVIDEND INCOME - This income must be verified by your 1040 Federal Income Tax return for last year or Form 1099.
6. RENTAL INCOME - Rental income must be verified by your most recent two years' 1040 Federal Income Tax return including Schedule E."

Do they really require those things prior to opening a card with them?

i am also wondering about any prior relationship with wells fargo as the previous post had asked.
