You should apply for PenFed and Advanta, great life of balance rates at 2.99% (at least last time I checked).

search for my username in this forum, chase has 2 personal cards with $75 capped BT fees

BOA NEA or
BOA Platinum

I haven't checked in a while, but if BOA Plat still has $0 fee, then thats the one to get. NEA has a $30 BT fee.

Advanta got rid of Life-of-Balance card, and PenFed is at 5.99%. You have too old info..

If you are referring to the following post:
http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/finance/854933

I researched most of the Chase Cards and they changed to 3% BT fee with no cap. Would have been applying for it atleast if they have a capped fee. I think they changed last week or two i guess.

I do have one BOA Plat, but i'm going to apply for another one. Hopefully it goes through.

There are still valid as Squeezer99 said and they are the only two chase cards available as of now. Get them before they are gone!

HSBC will give you a crappy $600 credit line (search for HSBC in this forum if you like)

Ditto for WAMU ESPN card.

Pulaski has never been friendly to AOR crowd (Mrs Jackcrawfish is one rare exception)

fotomaniac posted a nice Discover sign-up gift thread somewher (if you'd like a Garmin or a digital camera)

Advanta has a sweet biz card offer but will likely give crap credit line.

I recently got the MyPoints card from WaMu and they give a decent (not great) limit.

If you're worried about the BofA Platinum, just call in and add Worldpoints to your existing card. No real difference, but suddenly, it'll be a different kind of card.

I think BoA JUST cancelled the $0 fee (link doesn't work)

The credit card application "link" you
requested is currently unavailable.

Maybe, but I have 2 data points that says otherwise: $10K and $15K.

Also, Iberia / Pulaski may be worth trying 1-4 weeks before the others (for those who don't mind spreading the AOR out AND are willing to submit proof of income).

Updated my results in quick summary. Got more CL than expected. Juniper is the one which got deferred and online status says i'll be receiving a letter stating why? Now time to do some reallocation.

For BankAtlantic, is this the online link you used?

You can call Juniper too: 866-408-4064

Not to threadjack, but I applied for the BoA Platinum over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard a peep about it--not even an email. Anyone else have this experience? All of the other cards I applied for at the same time were approved and have been received, but BoA remains silent. I tried to check the status online but my application couldn't be found; then I checked via telephone and was told that it was still being reviewed. I would assume they had just lost it except for that fact.

Mine took 29 days for approval back in August.

Thanks. Seems rather arrogant of BoA. Or lazy; I'm not sure which.

Just call and ask to speak with a credit analyst. They'll give you an immediate decision.

Joe4u - you got approved for a nice 16k line with Wells. Did you have any existing relationship with Wells? I'm considering applying in my A0R and I'm not sure how it will go with no existing Wells Fargo accounts.
