I want to do an AOR not for the sake of balance transfers, but just to increase my total credit. For this purpose, and because my income is low, I am primarily interested in applying for cards that are easier to get. My credit rating is around 700.
What I'm really looking for is if you happen to know of any companies that seem desperate to get more customers.

Thanks for trying to be helpful. I'm not a new here and I'm familiar with the credit card threads. My FICO is near 700. "What credit card should I get?" is all about which are the best credit cards in various categories. Has nothing to do with which ones get approved easier than others. I looked at that thread before I posted this question. Strategies for CLI - this may be helpful later on but doesn't answer my question. Thanks for the Google link, although it seems strange to ask a question in a Finance forum only to get directed to google.

The "What credit card should I get?" topic could add a new category for "easy" to get credit cards. Of course, that depends on what you mean by "easy". I assume what you really mean is approval even with low credit score, however 700 isn't really a poor score (of course not great either, you must have something dragging it down a bit - see the FICO score thread to boost it up a bit).
I pointed to google because it took me 10 seconds to find this and of course there are thouands of sides that cater to people with "poor credit".

Thanks. That site looks good. After you enter your credit score, next to each recommended card it shows the approval rate.
