PANNYS AOR 1.0 - Both personal and business
Primary Goal is to get as much credit lines as possible with 0$ BT or similar offers. I will be going for both Personal and Business Cards. I also plan to do a follow up AOR as soon as I can within a few months if possible to further increase lines.
I will continue to try to read more and tweak this as best as possible in the next few days, then hopefully my transunion that I am waiting on will update and show my paid off existing credit card balances. I will update as I move along or any other info I put. If anything needs clarification, please let me know.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------ NEW LINES POST-AOR: so far... 110.0K
TOTAL CREDIT LINES with OLD AND NEW AOR CARDS- 208.1K
My questions I am still a bit unsure about:
1-How will the inquiries affect my AOR; I have 3 or 4 on each credit report as noted above? It is not imperative that I B* right now is it? I plan on using B* after this AOR.
2-I want to prevent as much as possible any adverse reaction to this AOR. I am particularly talking about Citi and AMEX, as I have been reading some people say if too many citi apps that citi shuts down all their lines. AMEX I have read about slashing lines and cards. Do my citi and AMEX apps look ok?
2A- on my credit report, my crappy Key card with $700 limit says "key/citi" - will this count as a citi card, and if so should i cancel this account prior to AOR? Or should I just wait til after the AOR? leave as is now
3-I already have an Advanta business Card, will they let me have another card? I think I read somewhere that you can only have 1 business with Advanta; I will try to find that and update. 1 card allowed for advanta
4-I have a targeted offer for a Business Platinum Card AMEX- get $200 credit with first purchase. I am going to be traveling a lot too next year so I want this card for airport lounge access. Should I launch my AOR with a phoned in app. And then just roll along online with everything else? ok
5-I know business credit cards do not show on personal credit reports, but I think I read somewhere AMEX might look at both? Can anyone clear this up as to how AMEX works? I want to apply for as many AMEX cards as I can total --without having a problem as I have seen drastically reduced CL recently from AMEX from others posts.
6- Are there any cards business or personal that would be good additions to this? Any tips are appreciated.
7- For BofA, I just tried their pre approved offers- and NOTHING show up for me. Should I can all BA apps bc of this? no
8- I have a US bank line opened last year, do they allow for 2 accounts? yes
THANKS- Hindustani AOR 1.0 & 2.0 are the two AOR I used as a model for mine. I used a few cards from his AORs and wanted to give credit where it is due. I hope someone in the future can model their AOR on mine. I also read so many others over the past few months, so much valuable info out there so thank you.
2-I want to prevent as much as possible any adverse reaction to this AOR. I am particularly talking about Citi and AMEX, as I have been reading some people say if too many citi apps that citi shuts down all their lines. AMEX I have read about slashing lines and cards. Don't apply for cards with a 3% fee and no cap. It's a waste of an app.
2A- on my credit report, my crappy Key card with $700 limit says "key/citi" - will this count as a citi card, and if so should i cancel this account prior to AOR? Or should I just wait til after the AOR?
No don't bother. Just leave it.
3-I already have an Advanta business Card, will they let me have another card? I think I read somewhere that you can only have 1 business with Advanta; I will try to find that and update.
Only one allowed. You will have to cancel, then reapply.
4-I have a targeted offer for a Business Platinum Card AMEX- get $200 credit with first purchase. I am going to be traveling a lot too next year so I want this card for airport lounge access. Should I launch my AOR with a phoned in app. And then just roll along online with everything else?
I have done a combo before, I do not think it matters.
7- For BofA, I just tried their pre approved offers… and NOTHING show up for me. Should I can all BA apps bc of this?
No, but limit the BOA cards to a 0/0 card. No 3% fee or even the NEA card. Waste of an app.
8- I have a US bank line opened last year, do they allow for 2 accounts?
Yes. I have a baylor and a platinum card that I maxed out on my last AOR and both steadily increased my CL even being fully utilized.
Curious about this card. looked up online, but it does not mention anything about being a no fee BT offer.
State Farm Card- 0% BT 9 months, NO FEE
Who are the underwriters or is it by their direct offer? Thx!

JTFH said: Sorry to not contribute, but... how the hell does someone get $270,000 in student loans?
It's a small world so I do not care to go into fine details, but it happens by going to a medical-related professional school in a big city. I failed a class my 3rd yr, failed remediation test, and here I am now living in my parents house with 270K in student loans. Last year at this time I had 50K in credit card debt too, paid that off though as of last week!
Most of the students at the school take out 80-90K a year, over 4 yrs. I was not extraordinary, my loans were just like everyone else who didn't have parents to write the tuition check.

Balance Transfer: No fee for Balance Transfers made within the first 90 days of account opening, thereafter 3% of amount of transaction ($5 minimum, $75 maximum)
Why are you getting so many 0 apr on PURCHASES cards? Are you able to take advantage of them via your eBay buying and selling?
Also, which card is this "Baylor alumni - us bank- 0%BT 1 yr NO FEE IF BT WITH APP- check many us bank/ repeat" I checked the Baylor Alumni cards and couldn't find anything with a 1 year term...
Are you going through any websites to get extra bonuses? Cardoffer.com etc...

I would avoid Suntrust and Statefarm, even HSBC for BT. HSBC give lousy limits and so does Statefarm plus the latter pulls 3 CR's. Suntrust takes forever to respond and later denied me. Try RBS, very generous with me and also Bank Atlantic. I am amazed how you managed to pay $50k in one year with a income of $90K. u must live a very frugal life

... or... I moved back in with my parents and have only 1 other bill besides those cards, $33 a month to Sprint (which I recently got $100 in credits for renewing)
The last card listed, the kroger card is an RBS card. No cap on the BT though. Any cards in particular you can suggest? for bank atlantic i added 1 business and 1 personal card. thank you
And about suntrust and statefarm, i just threw those up there sort of on the fence about them, i wanted to see what others opinions were so thank you for you input on that. EDIT- too suntrust off for now, might remove state farm as well
About HSBC, I have had a card or 2 from them in years past (like 3-5 yrs ago), they were closed due to inactivity. ( This was before I was enlightened about al this AOR stuff)

to answer you qn in reverse order:
yes i am getting $90 cash for the dis and AMEX business cards, they are the 2nd and 3rd listed on the business cards. is there other extra bonuses that i am missing out on? please inform me if that is the case i may have overlooked it.
about 0% pur cards.... most i have listed should have at least a 1% Cash Back on purch, run through my google checkout, which is 2%-- ends up costing me 1%. also, you are correct with my eBay stuff, i use my cards for purchases, as well as everyday purchases i probably ran though maybe 100K in purchases last year. kind of upset that my NWA us bank card only gives 1 mile for every $2 after 50K though per year.
After the AA I experienced (and others) with AMEX, I am going to totally skip AMEX on my next AOR in a week or two. In the past HSBC has been very finiky with lines (giving $600 on 210K HHI on my wifes AOR). State farm and kroger have also denied others in the past for "excessive inqs"

thanks, i will look into those. i might can hsbc and take off one of the amexs. i think i removed state farm already, and kroger didnt have a cap so it was on the edge of the fence.
my Equifax jumped to over 800 now (never thought the day would come , esp with my 270K in student loans.) i just want to avoid income verification at all costs.

thanks, the calendar says monday vets day (observed), and the actual day then is tuesday.
i saw that 5/3 card you posted, they are local to me and i might add this to my lineup. does anyone know what kind of credit lines they give out?
I have two cards with them one with a 13k limit and the other with a 14.5K limit, right off the bat they gave me pretty large lines then upped them without request over time.

------- I am thinking of not doing the AMEX blue business card due to all the bad AMEX stuff going on right now. that way i will be applying for 2 total AMEX cards... the plat busines card, and a personal blue cash card as well

I got an initial $1500 credit line for a 5/3 business card, but I went to a local branch with a paystub and got it increased to $10k with no hassles.

anyone have an answer for this-
i currently have 2 Citi Cards, with a total of 20K in lines. (1 card is 15K, 1 card is 5K)
A) should i apply forboth of these citi personal cards i have on my AOR list just for the sake of CLR? Say each new card offers me a 10K line... I could reallocate all 4 lines to one of the O% offers and have a 40K line on 1 card. I would then cancel 1 or 2 of the others then.
B) Alternatively, I could apply for just1 of these citi personal lines... and then CLR my existing 20K to get the 0%. After typing this out, I think option #2 is better. MAybe then they will offer me a higher line if I apply to just 1 personal citi card.

any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.I think you will be extremely lucky if you are able to reallocate anything between Citi accounts.

An update--
my experian and Equifax are all updated and they show all my balances paid down.
however , the transunion is giving me a score of 771 and is showing that i have high balances to the limits on my accounts. (which btw prior to prepping for this AOR, I had 95% utilization on a chase card and about the same on a discover card bc i had low rates on both of them.)
Transunion says in Summary about me:
Given that you have an average credit score, it may be difficult for you to qualify for the best credit offers. Prepare yourself to pay higher fees and interest rates, as well as make deposits and down payments. If you are applying for a credit card, be prepared for the possibility of lower or no lines of credit and high interest rates. To increase your borrowing power, prove that you are creditworthy by always paying your bills on time. -------------------------------------------------------
A) should I freeze my TU and continue with my AOR on Nov 10? everything else is all lined up, this is my only snag. would there be any adverse reactions or cards that wont approve me if i freeze TU? I would prefer them to pull eq or ex bc they are not showing I owe any balances. (which is true, but TU just hasnt updated yet)
B) should i wait a few more days and wait til TU cleans everything up for me?
Please note that I did dispute the balances on all three agencies on Nov 2, I guess TU is just slower to do it though. I checked and they have completed 2 of the 4 balanced i disputed on the dispute status update. ( i dont know exactly which 2 item it is)
any input from those more experienced with AOR is appreciated..... A- Freeze and go for it, or B- wait a few more days til TU is clear

You dont want to freeze TU, you WANT inquiries on TU (they can be bumped with free CreditKarma alone in about 2 months). You're better off freezing EXP, as that seems to be the report of choice these days, and forcing the inquiries to be spread between TU and EQ (TU can be bumped, EQ can be disputed).

Glitch, you are awesome thank you for the swift response. I really appreciate all the info you are sharing.
I will wait a few more days until the TU clears up.
I will also freeze the EXP, as that seems to also be the thing to do. (plus my EQ is 801, so i would want them to check that over anything else)

Is there a way to get bofa cards with having Exp frozen? I did it last time and they refused to pull another CRA
narbi said: Is there a way to get bofa cards with having Exp frozen? I did it last time and they refused to pull another CRAI was able to in Sept by talking to a credit analyst. I was trying to find someone to take my EXP PIN to allow them access, and he offered to just pull a different report instead.
Does anyone know if anyone has tried to freeze their experian in the middle of an AOR? Like, after a few applications, freeze it. Any thoughts on that? Would there be any upside to it, or would it be too hard to time?

You are better off freezing it from the start, then temporarily unfreezing it after all the apps have processed, for any issuers insisting on only using that report.

Citi Drivers Edge, was 0 fee, now is 3% no cap. can anyone steer me to it with 0 fees? or should i accept that citi changed terms? any other comparable Citi Cards?
anything good for discover business? I cant find anything really worth it.
later today i am going to update all links and look for the above, if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Balance transfer fee: 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum, $75 maximum. However, there is no fee with the 0.00% APR balance transfer offer described above.

i had them reactivate the original BofA, earlier today i called and they gave me 20K and offered to DD 19.5K right to my checking. i had another 5900 on an existing BofA card, they took that down to 1000 and gave me 20K for the new card. So, net 14K in new lines.
for chase, i called up and moved 9K from 2 old cards (left 500 line on 1 card, left 1000 line on the other card)... so my new disney chase was 23K originaly, add 2K from 1 old line, Add 7K from the other old line... 32K for my disney. i deposited a check for 30K in my checking account today.
