I couldn't find this mentioned elsewhere and thought it might be useful to someone.... Argyll mentioned in another thread that Redstone Federal Credit Union is available to all so went to check it out. The credit card info page shows a tiered structure of 1% rebate to $5k and 2% over $5k of annual spend, credited in the first week of January with no apparent cap. I do not belong to this CU, nor do I know whether they pull a hard to join or who they pull for the CC application, and it appears you must be a member before applying for credit. CLs look to be available up to $30k. An initial look through the lists revealed eligibility through The Land Trust of Huntsville and North Alabama with a $35 donation.
