When I signed up for TrueCredit you could run all 3 reports once every 24 hours. Today I logged in and received the message that I can only run all 3 reports every 30 days. They still let you run a report to show changes to your report and give you only the TransUnion score.

My monthly subscription just billed yesterday. I want my money back for this month.

I was shocked today as well. Cancelling tomorrow morninng
just pulled a report after a previous one on 12/13. though i do see 'every 30 days' plastered everywhere. maybe it will be the next one that fails? i'm still on a grandfathered WalMart $7.46/mo plan.

This happened to me as well - must be a system-wide thing. When canceling, is everyone making sure to inform TrueCredit that they are canceling due to the reduced frequency of 3-bureau scores/reports?

Even if the OP is correct, I mainly use the credit monitoring and it's kinda hard to cancel at $7.46/mo.

FYI -- There is a link on TC's homepage about the change. They are advertising it as an 'improvement' to make 3-Bureau Monitoring 'even better':
Crud. This is the only service I've used because of price ($9.95). Will cancel later today.

So which is the cheapest option left that still allows daily pulls? Chase ID Protect or AMEX Credit secure at $11.99 per month?

Cancelled this morning. I just explained I'm not happy with the changes and they thanked me for my business and took care of it right away. I guess I'll be hunting for a new service too. I already have once per month scoring and daily monitoring free with Identity Monitor. Like a lot of you I want daily reporting.
joediver said: Isn't pm123 just a portal for TrueCredit anyway ?Essentially, but they are not completely identical. For now PM123 and NCIDP still allow 24+1 pulls; I would assume this will someday disappear.
I'm canceling too. I haven't been pulling often at all, but I want to be able to pull when I need to. Once every 30 days is nothing. I get that for free with my Citi Am Ex.
