I made several updates to QS:

  1. Added Discover link. Nice that they are back in the game. Although the app links from their main site are uncapped BT fees, so this is hidden gem.
  2. Noted Citi ADA link is down (try calling).
  3. Updated new Xceed deadline.
  4. Added note about low limits recently on Citi Professional - I had the same experience.
  5. Added Pulaski / Iberiabank card. I included a warning since some people have not had the best experience with them.

I got an email for the Barnes and Noble card that said 0% on balance transfers with a $50 cap.

Does anyone have an opinion on this card or Barclays? What kind of limits do they usually give?

Looks like a decent offer, but only 6 months for the 0%. Barclays usually only allows you to apply for one card at a time, so I would go for the IFly card from the QS instead, which offers a full 12 months of 0%. Or, even better, is the BankAtlantic Biz card from Barclays at 15 months 0%. I haven't dealt with Barclays personal cards, but Barclays business cards have been great to me. They give good credit limits (15k-20k for me) and are easy about waiving fees and interest if there is a problem.

just call them; they'll know the status in a day or 3.

Just paid off $50k BT to BOA last week. Disputed all 3 CRA balances on 3/2. Updated by all 3 CRA's to show 0 balance on 3/4. Credit scores 777EX 793EQ 781TU after this update. Tonight, 3/5 I called to apply for the BOA FAATCY offer. I got rejected. I have very little outstanding credit balances showing on personal CR. $4k student loan, $3500 on daily spender and a couple of other small balances in the hundreds. I don't know why I was rejected. The only thing I can think of is my wife applied for same offer on 3/2(which was deferred and pulled EX) and they are profiling households now. The other thought is that since I don't have much showing for balances they thought I have enough credit with them. I have many large lines open from other lenders between $3ok-75k. I did notice that GE Financial closed my 2 lowes CC's and put closed by lender on the notation. Also a couple of other boneheads did the same. I don't use those cards so I only new when I pulled my report last week.

Has anyone been able to call in once they received their rejection letter and get this approved?

Citi ADA application link is back up, as reported on that thread. QS updated.

Yes, you just need to call and ask to speak with a credit analyst to reconsider your application.

BofA is well-known for this, and has never had a problem reallocating existing limits to create new accounts (although these days I guess that could change at any time).

Applied for the iFly card on Feb 19 (over 2 weeks ago). Got the 10 days msg. Been checking the website every day but no update. It's now business day 12 and still no change. Called the automated #, it say could take over 30 days!
Tried calling the application line, the guy there said they could not see applications and the only way to check is to call the automated number!

The terms must have just changed. It was 0% for 12mo a couple of hours ago. Anyone have the URL to the old application?

I had this one saved, but points to the same crappier terms.

I can even go that far as to see the 0% terms, but the actual list of terms is replaced by the new one.

ETA: on second look at the terms, the 0% does show up.
