ThePessimist said:If you look around there are many reports of truly awful FIA customer service and strange AA. Not surprising, given that BofA owns FIA. FIA and BofA share the annoyance of only being able to download transactions into Quicken or Money after a statement closes. Yuck. I just got my card today and registered at Schwab's credit card site but I can't even seem to get Quicken to find information about the account. There are like 3 different FIA possibilities and none of them worked. I noticed that there was no way to email credit card customer service, which sucks. I don't know if it's true, but this thread suggests the Schwab card may be changing its forex benefit anyway.Well, it's still listed on the front page of the card carrier I got today, right after no annual fees. |

Adding: Ameriprise World Elite MC I am sure there are many of the same normal MC benefits. However, a HUGE benefit from this CC is the Priority Pass Membership they give. There is a $150 AF tied to this CC (waived if you spend more than $15K / yr on CC. Well worth it though if you travel, as it gives you access to sooo many priority club memberships at various airports throughout the world. If you went through Priority Pass yourself and bought membership, it would cost $399! SuperG03 |

Blue Cash also has rental protection as secondary, which is great for traveling outside US when your primary insurance doesn't cover you |

And Citi AMEX Plat. The AMEX Plat only provides three free visits per year, addition visits are charged at $27. The Ameriprise world elite MC has unlimited visits, I believe. |

How frequently can you submit claims for the price protection coverage? Is there some limit? (I'm particularly interested in regards to the Schwab card but if people have info on other cards, it'd be great if they would share that.) |

I imagine that they would get pissed off pretty quick. |

I have gotten one claim paid already for $18.32, and am about to fill out another one for ~$20. It appears you are in compliance of the terms if you fill out 250 x $10 claims... Note however, payment is made net of taxes, storage, shipping, handling and postage charges. What this means, if you buy an item for $400 w/ free shipping & no sales tax, but another place sells it for $350 + $20 shipping + sales tax, you can get the price protection on the $400 - $350 = $50. |
