AOR, great way to make some side cash? Not to this guy on CB. He's applying for 31 credit accounts. Nothing new right? Well he's not after the 0% APR cards. He's not going to go safe with a 2%-3% return. He's doing this so that he can have some extra cash to update and build his home.
guy on CB said: I need to get at least $80,000 in cash credit and $40,000 in home fixture credit.
My personal credit is about 770 average. I make plenty of money from my business; however, I have been lax with my paperwork because it is a cash heavy business (kinda like a night club).
On a side note I built my business from scratch with the help of this board!
So I have these high credit scores, credit established for a long time and over a wide array of account types. However, I do not have the proper paperwork establishing income and I want to build a house.

http://creditboards.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=402095There is nothing wrong with using balance transfers as cheap short term financing as long as you have an income stream to pay it off and other methods of borrowing to pay it off as necessary.
A while ago, people here were using balance transfers to help paying of their mortgages with a LOC as backup.

Maybe he's an undocumented apothecary selling unlicensed pharmaceuticals.

You know it's good when were quoting other sites for preservation.

You must be out of your mind just like the guy. He already has four (4!) mortgages against his commercial property, had 3 BK and has no idea what an AOR is
High cash flow business + no savings to speak of + mortgaged business property up the wazoo = profit for collections agency.
Looks like our man from CB could be producing movies, as here he is seeking lease $ for equipment
equipment type: 75K worth of movie lights, cranes, dolly's, etceteras.
business is a c corp, 10 years, 900K revenue, established credit owner has 730 personal credit scores and is willing to pg
looking for good company to do business with have app in with balboa capitol do not want to use five-point capitol (heard to many bad things on this board)
-thanks in advance
p.s. becoming a millionaire through religiously following the advice on this board and that is truly not an exaggeration.
p.s.s. when i started 5 years ago i had jack sh*t. I found this board and i have 250k unsecured cash lines through bank, 150k secured cash lines through govt, 300k real estate, and I am sure I am forgetting a lot of things. When I say my business would not exist without this board I mean it. Before you ask my business is television I own a tv studio.

True, in fact I've used AORs to finance container imports.
Anyone else find it hilarious that on the other board they feel compelled to post their credit score at the bottom of the posts? It's like a "mine is bigger than yours" sub-contest.

HAHAHA You disapprove of thank you notes? Wow!
Says a CB troll that reds just about everyone?
Here is an interesting quote from that thread:
I don't read there much except to run through the deals occasionally. A bunch of smarta$ wannbe rich IT workers with nothing else to do while they're locked in the cage behind the big steel doors isn't much fun when I can be here helping friendly people.
I am a rich IT worker! F-yeah! Still, not sure about the steel doors. The latest rage for us rich folk is mahogany doors with pearl designs and 24k gold covered door handles.

Except for the military families who post here........... isn't that 90% true, in this forum? Should there be anything wrong with that? What are the demographics of FWFers in the finance section?
Also: sethdallob, it's a credit repair site. people put their scores up because they're proud of the progress they've made or are making; not because they're waving their d*cks. Different internet cultures for different internet sites. It's all good.
ppatin, that's what I figured. that, or an under the table escort service. The person is obviously into something skirting illegal. ha!
Anyway, the vast majority of those posting at CB are against this person's plan just on general credit principle and the current credit climate -- just like the majority are against what chexqueen is doing over there (claiming to be selling credit repair, claiming to need to help a 'client' who is off-the-grid -- but no one has linked to that thread yet to show what type of class of people post at CB. There is some good advice there in both threads; and CB should not be condemned overall just because of one post made by a possible troll. That's as bad as pulling a troll's post here from FWF and using it to condemn all FWFers.
/banned nearly a year ago from CB //good information is good information regardless of one's status ///same with bad being bad

That's too bad. Nobody should ever encourage or engage in retaliatory reds (or suck-up greens, for that matter). Not least because this place is already crowded with people giving out questionable reds like pedobear passing out candy in a public park.

No, not true. Feel free to check out several threads on what people's occupations are or just read along. "IT workers" is a synonym for "people not like me." It's a generalization that came from thin air (or elsewhere...) and apparently warms someone's heart when used.
