I got a 0% loan from a jeweler when I bought my wife's Engagement ring. At that time I paid most of the money owed but had about 2000$ in the 0% interest loan. I paid my payments on time every month. The contract said that loan amount was fully due by Sept 23., the Payment due date was Sept 27th. I paid off the loan on Sept 25th. The company is charging me a WHOLE lot of Interest ( part of the terms). 1. I plan to call the company tomorrow, but if they refuse to make any changes, do I have any recourse? 2. If I dont pay it and fight it, will I have any chance?
I would appreciate any help that you may be able to provide!

I will Lawrence.
You're the best man....
No Lawrence, how can I possibly be the best when you're the best! <3
No man, the last time I checked you're awesome. Whenever you post in a forum, you're awesomeness just takes over. :-D
LofA- You have Bert as your avatar. Of course that is cool.(Ernie would be better but hey) The OP however did not pay by the time it was due and thus haas fair and legal fiscal reprcussions. Opps lesson learnt
I would call them and see if they will fix it since it was only two days. If they refuse try send a letter to corporate\ call local news stations consumer division. Ultimately, you paid late and they did nothing wrong.

Would you 2 just go get a room and screw each others brains out (it would really be a short screw, like MINUS 40 seconds)!
oh, wait, you can't, because you are probably the same person... in that case, go MASTURBATE!
There... you're done now.... feel better?
OP, read the contract... from what you wrote, you (like tripleB an LOA) are screwed. PIF was BEFORE the due date... you paid before due date, but AFTER PIF date. You can try and fight it, but you are more than likely SOL.
*unless LOA can come up with some B$ to try and make you think you can win, and the delay causes another couple of hundred bucks in finance charges and late fees....
