I spent 20 mintues on the phone with customer sevice and held for about 40 minutes before reaching the business card application department at (800) 582-7759. They both said that the 12 month 0% BT offers on the business cards had expired / were not available and that only 6 months at 0% on purchases were available on the Citi Cards.
As there is no help available on the phone, the only way to get a BT offer for 12 months on a Citi business card will be with a valid link. Please let me know if you can find one that still works.
Hi, i have a problem with this card. I just received it and I applied for it on sep 19th. However the terms I received are completely different. It has 8.24 APR for balance transfers and only for six months instead of 12 months 0 % for balance transfers. Could you please send me a copy of the original terms or the application where it states that it is 12 months and 0%? Please if anybody has a copy of this i would send a small reward in exchange. thank you.
