as a side note, as anyone who uses OptionsHouse received their 1099 yet? They sent an email a while back saying they would be available "on or around" 2/15. Worthless.
What difference does it make? In the past 4 years I have yet to receive a 1099 that was not corrected at least once as late as March or April. If you do a lot of trading it is a mistake to do anything with a 1099 until the last possible minute or else you are just going to have to file an amended return or ignore the corrections. The more you trade the more of a PITA it is to fix because in recent years it hasn't always been clear what the corrections are.
