My one-man company, an LLC, has never requested a credit card from any bank, and has never done any business at all with Chase. Nevertheless, it just received a Chase Visa Business Freedom Card, with a nice line of credit that it doesn't need.

I thought that banks were not permitted to send out unwanted credit cards. Maybe that doesn't apply to business credit cards?

I created the LLC to protect my personal assets from any business liabilities. If I/the company accept this card, will that shield be weakened?

It depends if the card has a personal guarantee attached to it or if you use it for personal expenses.

For a sole proprietorship LLC, like mine, I assume that one of the t&c's is that I am liable for the credit-card obligations of the LLC. I'm not sure if that would include lawsuit obligations.
