Which banks provide the fastest ACH transfer?

For example;
Citibank offers next-day ACH transfers, that post to the receiving bank on the NBD.
Is this matched by others? ING, USAA, E*Trade, and Fidelity are all mentioned as having fast ACH transfers.

Do a search on yahoo or google for "fatwallet.com" plus the relevant key word(s) - that will bring up even archived threads that the fw search doesn't turn up.
