"Credit Friendly" Small Community Banks in Southern CA? in: Subjects › Deposits

Small Community Banks + Credit Unions can be more personal/business credit generous / friendly than the big major banks.

Does anyone know if any of these Community Banks from Orange County, CA have easier credit underwriting criteria?

Capital Bank, Premier Bank, Olympic Bank and Columbia National Bank all have loose underwriting policies.

back in 2006 or currently? How do you know they are loose? Is there a discussion at some other forum?
