Which financial institutions permit $2000 (or greater) in daily ATM withdrawals?

For example:
Charles Schwab Bank allows $2000 in withdrawals daily from an ATM.
Additionally, Bank of America allows you to set a higher limit.

Charles Schwab Bank: $2000 daily
Citi: Varies by account type. $1000 daily, Citigold $2000 daily
Fidelity mySmart Cash Account: $500 daily
HSBC Direct: $1000 daily
USAA: $600 daily

Charles Schwab will be changed to $1000 effective Dec. 3
