Someone posted this on a real estate forum. I found unclaimed money for lots of people I know. Make sure you capitalize the first letter of the last name or it won't return anything. Good luck!

Um....is it just me or is this a really easy way to find celebrities addresses? For example Kobe Bryant is in there...his registered address though looks like the Lakers HQ.

Wow, my stepmom and stepsister both had thousands of dollars in investment dividends in their name that they didn't know about. Scratch two names off my X-mas list!
faw169: Do you (or does anyone) have any personal experience using missingmoney.com? A relative found her deceased husband's name on the site and filed an inquiry. Now the state is seeking a bank account statement. Is it usual for missingmoney (or state governments) to send funds to a checking account by default instead of a check?
