Why does it take so long before your Cash Back is credited? How long does it take because I've been waiting for months and I could really use the $1.57 that I have been expecting to do my holiday shopping.
I am in the same boat as you, I have roughly $3.00 in 'confirmed' status for a couple of months now.
The only reason why you have not had $1.57 credited to your checking/credit card is because you must have earned at least $5.00 in 'confirmed' credit, before they will actually issue the credit. I haven't read anything about a policy like this, but I called Add it Up CSR, and this was what they told me. If you do CB from Bing, it's pretty much the same thing.
I'm still amazed they named a checking account after a Violent Femmes song.

That's good to know. I guess I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully. From now on I will stick to getting AA frequent flyer miles or Citibank Thank You points since they all use the same stores. At least those are (usually) credited instantly no matter how much you spend.

Why doesn't Bank of America bombard me with emails about their promotions like everyone else? I missed out of their Holiday promotion where I could have gotten 5% back for shopping at Macys and Burger King. I don't even like Burger King but I will risk eating one of their hamburgers if it means I can get five cents back. I don't like the Olive Garden either, but I think I will go there now so I can get my add-it-up bonus over $5. I don't like knowing that Bank of America has $1.57 of my hard earned money.

Why do purchases I made in late November still say pending? I like how they conveniently confirmed only $4.97 of the money they are still supposed to refund me. I would never have eaten at the Olive Garden if I didn't think that I could get some money back.
