I currently have the Fidelity rewards card, and I can only auto-pay for a set amount every month, not the full statement amount. I'm in the market for a new credit card and I'd like one that lets me auto-pay the statement amount no matter what it is (oh, CashBack reward would be nice too). Suggestions?

I have the fidelity card too. There is a limit to your payment amount if the account isn't verified.

Really? Is it the Visa Platinum Plus card? How do I verify my account? Right now, the only option I have for auto-pay is to pay a set amount every month: http://grab.by/ITw
I have the Fidelity American Express card but I made the same mistake as you. That is not the screen to set up auto pay for your credit card. You got to the screen to have bills charged to your credit card. I had to call Customer Service and they sent me a link to set up auto pay for my credit card payment (which is for the full amount each month). At first she said they had to mail a form to me and then later she said they had set up a website and sent me the link. It is a really odd way to sign up.

Is that link specific to you? If not, would you care to share it?
I can't find it. I can only find this confirmation email below after I set it up. Possibly she read it to me over the phone, I don't recall. The best thing is to call customer service.
Thank you. We have received your request to be set up in the Automatic Payment Plan on your FIA Card Services account.
Upon completion of your request, FIA Card Services will send you a confirmation letter to your mailing address which will contain details of your enrollment, including confirmation of the bank information you provided.
Thank you for your business.

If anyone happens to find out a non user-specific link, I'd love to know it too. It never seems important enough to call, but it is something that would certainly make my life easier
We pay on line each month. Citi has the option you seek with a very easy sign up on line or by snail mail. FW CashBack is not offered, but Citi does have some rewards cards. Citi usually pulls the payment about a week earlier than when we set the payment date on line. Mom does the autopay the balance. I pay on line setting the payment date to a certain payment date.
Chase also has some rewards cards and will do as you desire. The signup is on line.
Both Chase and Citi are not favored by many FW posters due to the changes in terms sent out by them, but they will do as you desire.
The same is true for DiscoverCard except that there is a FW cashback sign up link. That said, IMO DiscoverCard's rewards program is a joke except for certain promotional programs or specific uses.
mcpagano covered the Fidelity cards for you.

Thanks! I'll look into Citi. I was also considering AMEX, as I heard they allow auto-paying the balance.
Edit: I called up Fidelity today to see how to direct debit the full statement amount, and I was told there was no way to do so. For the record, I called 1.800.655.1491, which is the number listed on the "Contact Us" page for my card (the Fidelity Visa Signature card): https://www.ibsnetaccess.com/NASApp/NetAccess/ContactsDisplay?originalQueryString=
