Bag is Sonia Kashuk, one of the previous bags was from her collection. Contents are Nexxus and Pantene shampoo and/or conditioner, Neutrogena Face Wash, Simple Skincare Moisturizing Face Wash, Nivea Lotion. There is another item not identifiable. Possibly Pixi, NP Set, Jemma Kid or a Sonia Kashuk item from her new beauty cosmetic collection.
They are having problems with the form. I finally was able to get mine to go through.

I think we crashed their Facebook page But patience paid off. 4 minutes to navigate all the pages and get a confirmation.

Yay! Just got one! They give you a confirmation number. Been waiting for this, as Target Style has been saying they would have a different offer for this in April, without needing the receipt code required in March.
ETA: Bags are still available, though people are still reporting problems. Target suggest deleting browser history and trying again if you get error messages.
