Go into a Panda Express. Order. When you get to the register you offer up the coupon. If they take it they are "participating" if they don't then they're not. Of course at that point they've already packaged it so most will let it go ("participating" or not).

I would just save the embarrassment and ask upfront if they take the coupon or not.

Based on past experience, their freebie items are so tiny that it wouldn't be enough to satisfy your cat.
Free stuff is always great, but IMO, the Panda Express freebies are not worth a special trip.

Mamzer I agree about their freebies being so tiny they aren't worth it. It's usually 3 of us that go to get the freebie item and between the 3 of us,it's not even equal to one decent size portion.
