It is not a requirement (read the coupon) but some employees/managers of many (majority?) CVSes believe it is mandatory.

FYI: If you plan on using more than one coupon on seperate visits do not use your CVS card they keep track that you have used the coupon.

I recd my free bodywash yesterday & they asked for my CVS card. So the bodywash is for CVS customers only with the card is the way I see it.

Coupon is coded to take a default 3$ off of your receipt, so if the cashier does not adjust (they usually do not) you can get something valued at 63 cents for free, or 63 cents off of another item. Just an FYI; has worked for me.

Uh, it SAYS there is a limit. "Limit one per customer. While supplies last. Offer valid only for intended recipient." I do not think it is fair to blame CVS for your inability to read the very first line of the coupon below the product information.
Coupon sent by email for a free moisturizing bodywash from CVS within 24 hours of submitting form. Coupon good until May 20. "24 hours of submitting form", I'm late for it!
