Signed up for it, never got it. Now it says the offer is over. Oh well what do I care since I don't use bodywash.

From MinuteClinic Facebook: A big THANK YOU to all who showed support for MinuteClinic by signing up for their free gift! Unfortunately, we’ve given away all we can so this limited time promotion is now closed & there are no additional coupons available.
If you’ve already received your coupon, you can REDEEM through 5/20/12. Select from Vanilla, Cherry, Escape, Romance, Fresh or Tranquil at your local CVS/pharmacy store. Then, let us know which scent you chose!

Mamzer/Jellyring - Do you mandatorily need CVS Card for shopping this ?

It is not a requirement (read the coupon) but some employees/managers of many (majority?) CVSes believe it is mandatory.

Has anyone tried to use this in NY (after getting it generated by specifying a different zip code)?

FYI: If you plan on using more than one coupon on seperate visits do not use your CVS card they keep track that you have used the coupon.

I recd my free bodywash yesterday & they asked for my CVS card. So the bodywash is for CVS customers only with the card is the way I see it.

Coupon is coded to take a default 3$ off of your receipt, so if the cashier does not adjust (they usually do not) you can get something valued at 63 cents for free, or 63 cents off of another item. Just an FYI; has worked for me.

I do not believe this is true.

Gotta Love CVS....
If there is a limit, then SAY there is a limit...i.e. we're only giving out TEN!! Otherwise, it just ticks people off.

Uh, it SAYS there is a limit. "Limit one per customer. While supplies last. Offer valid only for intended recipient." I do not think it is fair to blame CVS for your inability to read the very first line of the coupon below the product information.
