It appears this product is designed to reduce shedding. Curious as to how, a sample may not be enough to gauge it's ability though.

Because Garnier is notorious for redirecting you to their website when you attempt to go straight to the sign-up form and bypassing the link they want you to go to.

Hi rumncoke, welcome to Fatwallet! Usually when you open a thread, there is a link in the OP (Original Post made by the member about the freebie offer, 1st post in the thread) that you click, which takes you to the actual freebie offer. You may have to take additional steps, so read the OP, and also read the information on the page the link took you to. Otherwise you usually end up opening a browser window with a sign-up form in it. Just fill out the form, click the button at the bottom (typically says "submit", or "continue" or something similar) and usually you get a confirmation message telling you that your submission went through and the approximate wait time for the arrival of your freebie. Sometimes the link is not "hot-linked" (clickable), because it won't work properly, so you have to highlight and copy the link, and then paste it into a new browser window, in order to open the sign-up page. The OP of this freebie offer, instructs you to copy and paste the link. Garnier has been making it hard to direct-link to the sign-up page; if one clicked a hot-link, it would redirect one to the main page. C&P'ing is a way to get around the issue of attempting to circumvent the way Garnier has their links work.

I just checked using Firefox; form is there and submission box is there, box is rectangular with the word "continue" right below the "Date of Birth". Checked using Google Chrome and IE, same thing. Not sure why you aren't seeing it.

ETA: Added screen capture of form, so rumncoke can see what would show up in the new window after C&P'ing, and so fishin2 can see the button I see.

if you have weak hair strands prone to breakage, this may reduce the loss.

also, try a biotin supplement, and never brush wet hair (wide tooth comb it)

my samples came this week, too.
i just like to try lots of different shampoos
