I don't know, because I didn't sign up for this, but I would guess they mean NAZ/snail-mail one. In that case, it's compared with your address on file with the USPS, and may be modified to USPS format. If you were concerned, I don't think you need to worry, appears to be a formality. WalMart samples nearly always arrive.
