Usually when they are limited to 500 they have geared them to a select market. I receive everything I sign up for on Freebiz. The only ones I dont get are ones like this. I'm not sure if they base these on the email addresses they were originally sent to?

No, it doesn't depend on who gets these sent to their email address. I have responded to so many that were sent to my email address and have never been one of the first 500 even though I respond right away.
Now, I don't even bother with these first 500 ones because I know I won't get them.
