It looks sketchy to me also. Tide samples are usually connected thru WalMart or PG.
Or Facebook, or Target or various other 3rd parties. While the parent company (P&G) and the Tide.com website are used, P&G has used various temporary URL's for giveaways.
That is just a few of the examples I found archived. As iowahawkeye pointed out, "they don't even ask for an email.". And scam sites typically don't set limits on quantities either.

Offers in the Free Stuff Forum are never marked expired like they are in Hot Deals due to the nature of Free Stuff offers often going in & out of stock.

What Logician1313 said above is correct. Deals die then resurrect themselves (WalMart ones are famous for this, as the deal may go back up as they restock)
You need to get the OP to change the title and add "DEAD" or some other similar word. Some see it posted in the thread and edit accordingly (Which is what I do). Some never edit it. Best you can do then is put that the deal is dead in the Quick Summary and hope users will see that (Which I did).
If the OP isn't responding to posts within a reasonable amount of time, you can send them a PM and ask that they mark the thread as dead, and hope they respond that way. OP is a relative newbie, and simply may not know about editing the thread title when offer is dead.
