I just registered my Wii, $5 offer appeared while clicking through. They then offered me a free one month of Prime, so took that. I can't find where it shows the $5 has been applied to account. But even if it doesn't, I'm ahead with the free month. Thanks OP .

When you are on line at Amazon, click on any of the videos and below the main window, there is a sign that says "Have a promotion code? Redem gift card or promotion. View balance". Click the "view balance" and all balances that you have will show up.
