You might want to read this thread. Yes, it's been posted in the past, but it was a long time ago when it first made it's rounds on the boards. It's been an ongoing offer, but read the last post in the thread. So, don't be surprised if you receive an email from them asking for a SASE, as they advertise in prospecting magazines, and intended this for a small audience, not the freebie boards.
