Are you 100% certain that the retirement planning path that you are currently on is going to lead you to a great and worry-free retirement? Or do you have some doubts?
If you DO have some doubts about your future retirement, this book can help provide you with a simple and solid road map to a long and secure retirement. Don't just download it, read it!
This book will show you exactly how you can get 25%-40% MORE after-tax, spendable retirement income while slashing your investment risks while saving for retirement and especially while enjoying retirement. Hence the title: "Stress-Free Retirement Planning".
Retirement planning is the most talked about subjects in personal finance. As a Certified Financial Planner since 2000, Mr. Orr says it is always the most frequent query that he gets from prospective clients across the USA.
It can be read in about an hour. It's easy-to-understand and comes with helpful 4-color graphics. (for USA citizens/residents ONLY as he is not familiar with investment/tax laws in other countries).
This compelling book is very different than 97% of the books about investing, building wealth and planning for retirement. It does NOT offer the same old, tired and failed advice of: work hard, live well below your means, save more money, diversify and buy "5 star" mutual funds. It is NOT about buy, hold... and keep praying.
No... this interesting book describes a foundational retirement strategy which provides many other important personal finance benefits – while saving for retirement and then during retirement.
These great benefits include liquidity, tax-free and penalty-free access to your savings, safety of principle, good potential annual returns without stock, bond, real estate or commodity market risks - and a TAX-FREE retirement income stream in the future. You CAN plan to retire with real confidence and put this Crucial planning on cruise control.
These proven financial strategies offer a safe & simple methods for building wealth over time. It's not a get-rich quick scheme nor does it involve taking unreasonable risks. The strategy is completely recession-proof which is very important since an economic recession occurs about every 5 years in the USA.
So depending upon how many years you have until your own retirement date, you’ll likely go through a few recessions while you are accumulating money to retire on. And once you are retired, you’ll likely experience another 5-7 of them while taking income distributions if you live to average life-expectancy.
The book also shatters five big retirement “myths”, providing some thought-provoking facts which should change the way you’ve thought about traditional retirement planning and building wealth. This information alone is worth the price of the book, but the simple "alternative" retirement planning road map and unique strategies are written in later chapters are incredible.
You will learn how to easily avoid stock market risks and gain nice profits during stock market rebounds. You will also learn how to use your non-qualified retirement savings as your “personal bank” so that you can self-finance your own car purchases, children’s college education expenses and re-capture 100% of every single monthly car payment that you make.
You can safely enjoy tax-free retirement income with this powerful ROTH IRA alternative strategy and avoid so much stress.
This personal finance strategy has been safely used by many Fortune 500 companies, small business owners and the wealthy for decades. Now it's your turn to enjoy the same planning benefits that remove much of the risks and emotional stress out of planning for a long & prosperous retirement.
If you are looking for a safe, solid personal financial plan for both today and tomorrow, one that will give you the confidence to stick with it, read this book. The strategies can improve your financial life right now and remove many fears or frustrations that you may have about your financial future.

The Motivation Myth: the simple yet powerful key to unlock human potential and create inspired performance and achievement Most people believe praise, appreciation, and compliments are great ways to motivate and inspire people. Many think these communication tools are good people skills and are useful everywhere ~ from parenting to the boardroom, from friendship to leadership, from relationships to coaching.
People mistakenly believe these tools are the keys to unlock human potential. That is a myth, says Mattison Grey and Jonathan Manske. Praise, compliments, and appreciation do not do what people think they do. They do not unlock human potential. In this provocative and compelling book, Grey and Manske debunk the myth that performance, achievement, confidence, and connection ~ at work, at school, and at home ~ are improved by these communication tools.
Fortunately, there is an alternative, acknowledgement. This communication tool is the cure for underperformance, lack of self-confidence, and ineffective motivation techniques. Grey and Manske have seen it over and over again ~ acknowledgement changes lives! Acknowledgement effectively produces the results ~ increased performance, motivation and inspiration, and improved self-confidence ~ these other communication tools try to accomplish but do not. The Motivation Myth draws on scientific research, anecdotal stories from interesting people, and thirty-five plus years of combined experience in using and teaching the tool of acknowledgement. Grey and Manske reveal the simple yet effective communication tool of acknowledgment and how to work with it to motivate and inspire with integrity and grace.
Acknowledgement is the invisible language of results!

Have you ever wanted your life to run more smoothly? Have you ever felt you were missing an easier, more effective way to navigate life?
Have you ever wished for help in figuring out your life?
Clearly, my life coaching clients over the past 40 years have wanted to figure out their lives. You want to figure out your life; I want it, too.
The fact that you're reading this means that you are ready to put your wishing into action by seeking help. And you know you can make whatever changes in your life that you wish.
Moreover, you certainly want to stop doing things you know don’t work, things that ruin your life. You want to quit self-sabotage. You know what I mean, don't you?
OK. I’ll give away the store now:
Here’s the life coaching prescription for making your life work –
Do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.
Yes, I know. Obvious. Right?
But do more of what works and less of what doesn’t and your life will blossom.
• You’ll feel aligned in your life.
• You’ll feel at home, in your life.
• You’ll enjoy healthy relationships.
• You’ll be healthy.
• In short, you’ll feel happier.
But There’s A Trick
Clearly, there’s a trick. I feel sure you’ll uncover it with just a moment’s reflection – what works and doesn’t work isn’t always so easy to determine. And that is the point of this book.
I will help you to figure out what’s working in your life so you can do more of it, and what’s not working so you can do less of it.
These ideas need to be where-the-rubber-meets-the-road practical. If the changes only live in your mind and don’t show up in your actions, your life won’t blossom. Right?
Certainly, you will need to act on your insights. Change requires action. Failure to act is the first, most fundamental item that doesn’t work for you or anyone else. OK?
First, I’ll provide some simple yet potent strategies to help you clearly discern what works and what doesn’t work.
Then in chapter after chapter I’ll supply you with tips and tricks that work for other people.
At the end I’ll provide you a list of things that most likely won’t work for you because they don’t work for anyone else either. This list will act as a reminder of many things you already know, but certainly, some things on the list will surprise you.
Imagine. When you read the book, you quickly…
• Learn to know and trust when something works. Don't believe me, believe yourself!
• Find out what the wise ones say about you. You’ll love this.
• Find out how playing helps you. You’ll smile.
• Uncover, discover, or recover the things you love, truly love to do.
• Discover flow – what it is and how to get more of it.
• Find out how you can live more freely by ignoring what others think of you. And stay safe at the same time. Check it out yourself.
• Find out how to use bumper stickers and ancient wisdom to uncover more of what works.
• Discover what miracles happen when you consider toast. Yes, toast. Simply unbelievable!
• Find out how to use a simple trick to leverage your new life. Fast. I can't wait ‘til you try this strategy!
• Discover the hidden power of pilgrimage to transform your life. Pilgrimages work.
• Find some fast and simple tricks to make your life hum. Can the tail wag the dog?
Picture yourself five years from now, having applied these ideas and insights in your life. Do you like what you see?
If this resonates, get the book. You will have taken big steps on the journey to figuring out your life. You’ll like it.
In other words, do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

My experience as a boy growing up in the late 1970s and early 1980s was overshadowed by fear. This memoir is my recollection of how I managed to navigate the abuse inflicted upon my siblings and me by our first stepfather. As early as age four, the three of us were taught to accept daily teachings from a man who instilled in us a deep fear of the world and of our own abilities. Through imagination, escape, and the ultimate realization that I had the power within me, I learned to manage my environment.
Young, poor and disillusioned, a reporter is enticed to do a series of articles about Paul, an unconventional philosopher and motivational speaker. In exchange, he gets to travel to Roatan, arguably one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. Through a series of interviews, the reporter gets to know Paul’s innermost philosophies. He learns an alternate way of living from a man who strives to perfect handstands on a dock and practices the art of happiness.
When the author realized his children were leaving home to begin their own life’s journeys, he wrote this story for them. He developed it as a guide to help them through life, in a way that would allow them to enjoy the journey. Drawing on wildly diverse disciplines including stoicism, neuroscience, skepticism, behavioral economics and spirituality, the reader is taken on a journey that exposes the author’s philosophy of life. He shows that happiness is indeed a choice.

I'm sure there "could" be but this method allows for ALL free books in one place and I think that's the whole point of this thread. If folks want to find freebies in a particular genre they can just go to Amazon.com and look for them there. This is a CONSOLIDATION thread.
During her career as a mortician in the early 1900's, Violet had to bury countless numbers of babies and small children, as well as rough-and-tumble characters who were streaming north to make their fortunes in the early 1900's: miners, prospectors and trappers. She had to thaw one of them out in her kitchen. She was trapped under the body of another until help arrived hours later. She was witness to a chilling crime that took place in the morgue. You will read about a famous Alaskan dog sledder who died along with his dogs in the most gruesome manner. And the flying aces who crashed their planes on the street of her little town, one of them falling out of the cockpit while barnstorming with a child aboard; her own children's school friend. Then there were all those homesteaders coming from England... people like herself, with high hopes for the future -- a future that didn't materialize.
Violet loses her husband in 1918 to the Spanish Flu pandemic, leaving her penniless with five small children. The youngest is not yet one year old, and now she is expecting the sixth. Violet and her family have settled in a remote, isolated northern area that is booming and filled with optimistic homesteaders—most of them from England. She too, has immigrated from Britain, having just arrived in Canada a few years earlier, also with high hopes for the future. The area is developing at a rapid rate; some say it will be bigger than Chicago, which is the impetus for the growth and development of the railroad. But now her husband -- the undertaker -- is dead. With her hopes dashed, she sets to work to build a life for herself and her five remaining children after miscarrying a second baby. Temporarily leaving her family, she goes south to learn the trade of embalming, laying out the dead and operating a funeral home at a time when it is unseemly for a woman to be in business. And particularly, not this kind of business! To make matters even worse, she lives on the side of the town with no running water or sewer. In addition to that, the coroner and others are trying to drive her out of business.
The stories you will read in this book are stranger than fiction. Violet’s perseverance and resilience is demonstrated many times as she endures trials and harassment, but she soldiers on for twenty years under the most unimaginable conditions and tests of her character. In spite of the slightly macabre subject of this book, you will find there are times you will chuckle and find yourself feeling inspired by her life and her children's lives and experiences in the far north in the early 1900's. Violet was the first woman in Canada and possibly in North America to earn a license to practice embalming and operate a funeral home. This is a pioneer story of the most unusual kind... you may never forget Violet Guymer.
I was abducted, beaten and raped by a stranger. It wasn’t a neighbor, a Coach, a relative, a family friend or teacher. It was a recidivist pedophile predator who spent time in prison for previous sex crimes; an animal hunting for victims in the quiet, bucolic, suburban neighborhoods of Lincoln, Rhode Island.
I was able to identify the guy and the car he was driving. Although he was arrested that night and indicted a few months later, he never went to trial. His trial never took place because he was brutally beaten to death in Providence before his court date. 34 years later, no one has ever been charged with the crime.
In the time between the night of my assault and the night he was murdered, I lived in fear. I was afraid he was still around town. Afraid he was looking for me. Afraid he would track me down and kill me. The fear didn’t go away when he was murdered. Although he was no longer a threat, the simple life and innocence of a 14-year-old boy was gone forever. Carefree childhood thoughts replaced with the unrelenting realization that my world wasn’t a safe place. My peace shattered by a horrific criminal act of xxxxxx violence.
Over the past 34 years, I’ve been haunted by horrible, recurring memories of what he did to me. He visits me in my sleep. There have been dreams–nightmares actually–dozens of them, sweat inducing, yelling-in-my-sleep nightmares filled with images and emotions as real as they were when it actually happened. It doesn’t get easier over time. Long dead, he still visits me, silently sneaking up from out of nowhere when I least expect it. From the grave, he sits by my side on the couch every time the evening news reports a child abduction or xxx crime. I don’t watch America’s Most Wanted or Law and Order SVU, because the stories are a catalyst, triggering long suppressed emotions, feelings, memories, fear and horror. Real life horror stories rip painful suppressed memories out from where they hide, from that recessed place in my brain that stores dark, dangerous, horrible memories. It happened when William Bonin confessed to abducting, raping and murdering 14 boys in California; when Jesse Timmendequas raped and murdered Megan Kanka in New Jersey; when Ben Ownby, missing for four days, and Shawn Hornbeck, missing for four years, were recovered in Missouri.
Despite what happened that night and the constant reminders that continue to haunt me years later, I wouldn’t change what happened. The animal that attacked me was a serial predator, a violent pedophile trolling my neighborhood in Lincoln, Rhode Island looking for young boys. He beat me, raped me, and I stayed alive. I lived to see him arrested, indicted and murdered. It might not have turned out this way if he had grabbed one of my friends or another kid from my neighborhood. Perhaps he’d still be alive. Perhaps there would be dozens of more victims and perhaps he would have progressed to the point of silencing his victims by murdering them.
Out of fear, shame and guilt, I’ve been silent for over three decades, sharing with very few people the story of what happened to me. No more. The silence has to end. The fear, the shame, the guilt have to go. It’s time to stop keeping this secret from the people closest to me, people I care about, people I love, my long-time friends and my family. It’s time to speak out to raise public awareness of male xxxxxx assault, to let other victims know that they’re not alone and to help victims of rape and violent crime understand that the emotion, fear and memories that may still haunt them are not uncommon to those of us who have shared a similar experience. For those who suffer in silence, I hope my story brings some comfort, strength, peace and hope.
Keith Smith was born in Rhode Island and graduated from Providence College. A Wall Street veteran and Fortune 500 executive, he sits on the Board of Trustees of a non-profit agency that provides crisis intervention counseling to child victims of xxxxxx assault.
Missing the Big Picture is an autobiographical coming of age story about one man’s struggle with mental illness and suicidal thoughts, his eventual college graduation, and his career as a comedian. Comedian Luke G. Donovan is the product of a single parent home with a mentally ill grandmother. Bullied and abused by classmates and faced with inappropriate and unprofessional faculty members in high school, he finally has a great first year of college, but continues to hear voices and have suicidal thoughts. But through it all he perseveres to earn his degree, work as a registered nurse, and become an award winning stand-up comedy performer. A story as harrowing as it is hopeful, Donovan delivers it all with a humbling dose of self-confidence and humor that is enthralling and inspirational.
For Luke G. Donovan, life in Albany is, as Erma Bombeck famously said, “like a bowl of cherries”—and he is indeed in the pits. After being a product of an estranged household, and finding his home life stigmatizing in his Catholic military high school, he is the recipient of bullying from classmates and inappropriate and unprofessional faculty members. Ultimately he transfers to a public school, but only continues to have difficulty relating to classmates. A people pleaser by nature, he is consistently taken advantage of, picked on, and unhappy with whom he is and how he looks.
From the age of eighteen through his graduation from college, Donovan hears voices in his mind, voices that lead to thoughts of suicide. Through perseverance and courage, however, he is able to emerge from these trying times as a registered nurse. And as he continues to grow as a person, he begins to understand what he calls the big picture: self-confidence, compassion for others, and a positive, realistic attitude. And instead of letting anger at his treatment consume him, he uses it to help heal himself and others with laughter.
Shining light on a litany of taboo subjects, Donovan illuminates the profound truth that relationships, friendships, peer pressure, and body image are not gender issues—rather they are human issues. A powerful, inspirational coming of age journey, Missing the Big Picture shatters stereotypes as it teaches tolerance and acceptance.

Life is Good at Bingham's Bagel Deli. The loathed customers are dealt the poor treatment they seem to deserve, bad rap music is played loudly, and The Rat is killed often enough to stem his immortality. And the insane homeless regulars -- like drunken Little Johnny Redbeard -- keep life interesting.
But when a rival tricks the crew into thinking that the deli's closure is imminent, they do the only logical thing: instead of giving up, they decide to go out in a blaze of glory, handing their customers the humiliation and abuse that the pesky social contract had previously forbidden. But as insults turn to assaults and snide remarks turn to harassment and pro wrestling moves, a strange thing happens. Business goes up -- way up -- as people come back in droves, begging for more.
But the flame that burns twice as bright burns half as long, and as pop-culture welcomes the parody musical group "The Bialy Pimps" and its frivolous merchandising machine -- and as the crew pushes to see how much bad behavior society will accept -- the violent road to fame begins to feel like a runaway train, out of control and headed for destruction…
The Bialy Pimps is a tale that could only be spun by the twisted, vaguely profane mind of outspoken blogger Johnny B. Truant. Combining hilarity with questions about conformity and whether the tail or the dog is the one doing the wagging, this story can't help but raise a question for the reader: If the rest of your friends decided to submit to the Face-Kicking Machine, would you do it too?
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Johnny B. Truant is a regular contributor to premier business blogs Copyblogger and Problogger, the director and MC of the Virtual Ticket program for Blogworld, the world’s preeminent blogging and new media conference, and the creator of The Badass Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating excuses and profiling people with disabilities who make most so-called “able-bodied” people look like total wimps.

If folks want to find freebies in a particular genre they can just go to Amazon.com and look for them there. This is a CONSOLIDATION thread. It consolidates the good and the guaranteed 100% really, really bad.
