Finally, after a bunch of tries, I got it to go through. I got: "On behalf of the Outback Steakhouse, thank you for completing this survey. Please click on the Outback logo to continue." No mention of free nada. Looks like it may be over. Oh, well. Worth a shot. Thanks, OP!
