december worked for me before but i think it expired now. I have no clue where people get these codes.

DECEMBER is still working here (in maryland).

December is still working in Maryland and it's January 1st.

Does anyone find it frightful irnoic that you can rent "Super-size Me" from McDonald's? Don't you think they'd completely outlaw the movie? Oh well, sucks for them, thanks OP! BTW... codes aren't valid anymore! (AS OF 1/2/06)

Do you remember if you entered the promo code first? Did the total amount show as $0.00 before you swiped your card?

If you call the support line, they were really cool to me, gave me free codes etc.

FWIW, we've had no problems in Central Utah.

I like the concept, I would cancel my NetFlix membership if I could do this. Unfortunately there arent any locations closer than 300 miles away....

Guess I will have to keep an eye out.

Us too... For new releases, there's Redbox codes (we've seen every new releases we care to see), plus for older films there's the local library and Movie Gallery's "free gallery rentals Fri-Sun" -- we're all set.
