It says if you submit a recipe, you will receive a shaker at the very beginning of the offer. You have to submit your mailing address, so the shaker will be sent to you.

It's a plastic cup that usually consists of three parts; a cup with graduated measurements on the side, a mixer piece, and a sealable lid. You can measure, mix and drink from the same container.
Just a heads up. I washed mine in the top rack of the dishwasher and when it came out it was cracked all over. I don't know if it had a hairline crack to begin w/or if it isn't a good idea to put in the dishwasher. Just be careful!
