Are you trying to say that the only way to preserve freedom is by adopting an extremist postion? If so, that is quite sophomoric. Or are you simply uncomfortable with anyone who exercises their own freedom of speech to show that a position you support isn't a very sensible one? Lots of so-called champions of freedom are only interested in advocating free speech when that speech mirrors their own beliefs.

In any event, my points in starting the post were a) to provide a free source for something many outdoorspersons use; and b) suggesting that the best way to preserve the sport isn't to shriek hysterically and alienate the average person, but to encourage responsible behavior and appear deserving of the rights we're seeking to preserve.
