UNPLUGGED, UP CLOSE & PERSONAL: AN EVENING WITH STAIND IN NYC

On September 6th, Staind will perform a one-time only free acoustic concert in NYC. This performance will be recorded for Staind's forthcoming Greatest Hits album, in stores November 14th. Access to the show will be offered on a first come, first serve basis and is subject to availability at the time of the event.

Signup NOW for the opportunity to attend this one-time only Staind fan appreciation concert - signups for this once in a lifetime event will close on September 1st 2006, at 12 p.m. (Pacific). You must be 18 years of age, or older to participate. Entrants will receive confirmation via email as the guest list for this fan appreciation show is finalized.

Not that it isn't a good deal or anything but why would registration, for a concert or any event in NYC, close at 12 pm Pacific Time? That only makes me do math to figure out what time it really is and I've only had 1 cup of coffee so far.
