If you think the field sales reps aren't making the VP of Sales rich, you are mistaken.
Its simple. You start out as a field sales rep, and build your own sales group. You slowly move into a management role, and the people below make you money, some get paid very well. Arbonne only requires each person to spend $100 a month and the training is very cheap comparably. The real estate market is very similar.
My wife is pulling in some extra money, yet she has hardly done anything in the last 6 months. She worked her butt off the first 6 months, but then took a break. If you have a large network of friends, associates, or network, Arbonne may be a good business for you. Like any business, don't believe it free. You need to invest at a minimum 1-3k to really make it work, but you can write it all off on your taxes. Its amazing what you can write off. The product is really good, its high end stuff.
