Hewlett-Packard (HP) would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming Delta program for an all-in- one (AiO) photo printer! A Delta program is a unique opportunity for to evaluate and provide feedback on your experience with a new product concept. The printer you would receive allows printing, scanning and copying of documents and photos. If you are selected to participate in this test you will receive, at no cost to you, everything you’ll need to completely evaluate the product.
We are primarily looking for someone who is the main family photo taker and is also interested in printing photos at home. The evaluation period will last four weeks beginning in mid May 2007.
During the four-week evaluation period, you will be asked to complete a series of tasks using your AiO photo printer. Completion of the tasks should not take more than a couple of hours per week but we hope that you’ll spend even more time using the product for personal projects. Upon completion of the tasks, you’ll be asked to provide your feedback through an online survey.
** To participate, you must be available to test the AiO printer from mid May 2007 through mid June 2007.** (Web registration required, see below.) If selected, you will be notified of acceptance into this program within the next few weeks.
We are looking for evaluators who:
* Own a digital camera * Enjoy taking digital photos * Have an interest in printing photos at home * Can spend two-three hours per week evaluating a product * Willing to provide feedback through an online survey about your experience
Thank you for your interest in the C5280 Delta feedback program. The beta program is an opportunity to evaluate and provide feedback on a pre-release version of a new All-in-One unit. This device will allow you to print photos and documents, as well as copy and scan. If you are selected to participate in this test you will be sent, at no cost to you, an "All in One" photo printer.
IMPORTANT Your commitment to actively use the products on a regular basis and provide comments and suggestions during the feedback program is critical to the success of the program. We recognize and appreciate your time in completing this profile and if you are accepted, you will be documenting your opinions of the tested product, reporting any technical issues you discover, offering suggestions on how the products could be improved in your environment, and discussing your experiences with the product team.
To apply, please complete the profile below. If you are selected, you will receive a follow-up email within the next couple of weeks. If you are not selected, your information will be kept for future programs. Be sure to press the 'Save/Submit' button at the bottom of the form before exiting this screen or your data may be lost. Please note that the units that you will be asked to test will be determined by the information that you provide here. Thank you!
You have to be committed to testing the printer and giving a lot of feedback, but hey, you get a free printer out of the deal!
(I got my HP990Cse back in 2000, and the 4160 Printer last year for doing this)

i wonder why would this same printer be tested again this year...if you search SD you will find the same offer late last year (FW would not let me add a link to SD since it is a prohibited word - can you believe it?)...
Heh, I just got a message from them that they forgot to include questions about what computer I am using and asked me to visit the VOC feedback management center. Now I feel like I have even more of a shot at getting into one of these trials, finally...we shall see
Also recvd the additional computer details request, but they probably sent that out to every submission. It looks like I did get in on the DASH gps beta.

Now I feel like I have even more of a shot at getting into one of these trials, finally...we shall see I also received the emailed request for more info approx. 3 days ago. Unfortunately, having been passed over for these beta/prototype printer trials at least six times in the past, I admittedly made a half-a**ed effort filling out the form. As a result, I forgot the password I'd chosen. Sent them a pass reset request...still no reply. Hope I didn't screw myself over on finally being accepted into one of these programs. We shall see...
Just got acceptance email !!! Don't forget to check your junk/trash email
Thanks op!!! I finally got in on one!!

Like at least one of the other posters said, I too was accepted, but forgot the password that I had chosen. I don't even recall choosing a password, to be honest.
I requested a password reset (as I locked myself out trying every possible password, which makes me think that perhaps I never did choose a password, hence the errors).
It's been two days with no response. It leads me to believe that maybe they sent out acceptance emails accidentally.
Can anyone say with 100% confidence that you selected your own password?
I selected my own. If you don't normally use numbers this one has to have them, I believe

That explains why I forgot the password. I guess when I didn't think I'd actually be accepted, I didn't bother to write it down.
I wonder if they'll ever get back with those of us who forgot our passwords, or if they just used this as a way to skim off the "Delta testers" who forget things like passwords. Do'h!

I just got this too.
I just saw this email which was sent to me on April 30. Tried to log on today but says password not recognized. Looks like I missed the bus.

Dangit! I'll miss the bus by then. The email said I had to read and acknowledge their user agreement contract by the end of the day tomorrow (Thursday). If they don't respond by unlocking my account by then, I won't even be able to agree to the terms, which means I'll have missed out on this one. Do'h!
Based on the applications we've received, it appears that all Evaluator requirements have been met. To sign up to test for HP in the future, go to http://www.hpproducttest.com
We wish we could include everyone that wanted to participate -- we hope to see you in another project soon!
